Following the seasonal cycles, we hold open annual, reoccurring moments for collective resourcing and exchange. These events include planned time to comment and add to the steerage of BOARC itself.

The Annual General Exchange (AGE) is an open invitation for practitioners to come, stay and work together on a set thematic. AGE is scheduled between Samhain and Bonfire Night every year and follows a seasonal cycle of harvest, abundance and celebration of work done through the summer months. During the this time, we also hold a Annual General Meeting where attendees are invited to give feedback and input into direction for the following year.

Summer Solstice is a smaller meeting to mark the longest day of the year. We hold an affiliates meeting during this gathering.
